This new commercial kitchen prepares four meals a day for 300 seminarians and faculty. HOPKINS worked with foreign and local manufacturers to ensure delivery of the specified equipment and its proper installation and operation. Kitchen renovation updated waste management and enables daily processing of storage 600 pounds of potatoes and beets.
