Renovation of the 40-year-old Annex Building, the first GSA project to achieve LEED certification. After evaluating existing food service in the project’s pre-schematic phase, HOPKINS developed a campus-wide food service master plan, and relocated the Annex cafeteria from the basement to the first floor to increase participation and provide access to an outdoor courtyard for warm weather dining.
