New Office Building with a food service operation that can be easily adapted to any changes in the building’s use, layout, or size. Modifications can be made without disrupting building operations or compromising security. HOPKINS chose efficient, functional, dual-use kitchen equipment and―to manage waste―specified washable service ware, and designed composting and recycling facilities.
