New fortified embassy compound in the heart of Phnom Penh. HOPKINS designed a cafeteria for the New Office Building as well as a kitchen and pantry in the Marine barracks. The dining room seats 44 staff and security officers and the modular electric kitchen equipment permits ease of service, cleaning, and replacement. The contract vendor or an outside caterer service formal events from the kitchen.
