From time to time, an inquisitive client asks Hopkins to study a particular issue such as comparing the use of china with the use of disposable service ware, or preparing a benefits analysis report on a renovation project. Although such assignments steer us away from design, we are eager to accept them. Through study, we delve into vast stores of information to retrieve kernels of truth and useful knowledge.
