Overseas Buildings Operations Standard Embassy Design (Worldwide Application)
Develop prototype design for embassy office buildings and support facilities. Hopkins designed a flexible 120 sm (1,292 sq ft) cafeteria that can serve 100 people in two sittings per meal. Hopkins drew on this prototype as the basis for food service design at the U.S. Embassies in Cape Town, South Africa; and Phnom Penh, Cambodia.
