NAVSEA: Model Design-Build RFP for Dining Facilities & Child Development Centers.
Develop a model RFP that can be applied nationwide to the construction of Army, Navy and Marine Corps facilities. Hopkins drafted a report suggesting changes that would increase dining facilities’ functionality and lower their cost. Provided definitive documentation for food service facilities’ operational design criteria, space requirements, equipment specifications, and estimated costs.
