Postal Square
Washington, DC
Hopkins designed a new 11,000 sq ft cafeteria for the once open courtyard of this historic building. Its modular, multi station scatter system servery allows the operator to change menu offerings easily to compete effectively with the elaborate Union Station Food Court across the street. Postal Square’s low cost, quality foods and speedy service attract many of the tenants’ 1,500 employees (Bureau of Labor Statistics and Architect of the Capitol).
Client: U.S. General Services Administration, National Capital Region.
