Adaptive reuse. Hopkins designed a new scatter-system cafeteria within Aquila’s historic 1900s New York Life building. Hopkins prepared the facilities plan for day-to-day operations, spearheaded search for an operator for this client which preferred to hire minority-run firms. The cafeteria supports catering and meal service for 400 employees.
